Where I come from
I'm both British and Spanish, so I know from the inside what it means to build a life and a business in a new country: the paperwork, the unfamiliar rules and the feeling that every decision might have a hidden consequence.
Where I became a lawyer
I studied law in Madrid, with international law at ISDE and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and completed a Master's in Corporate Law, M&A and Corporate Finance at ISDE. I passed the Spanish bar exam and have been a registered lawyer with the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) since August 2022.
What I do every day
Since June 2021 I've worked at Lexidy, a law firm for international clients, where I'm now a Corporate Lawyer and Team Lead. I advise foreign companies and individuals on how to structure their move and their business in Spain — because corporate, immigration and tax aren't separate problems, they're pieces of the same puzzle.
Who I love working with
Foreign entrepreneurs, startups and families setting up in Spain. I help you choose the right company, the right visa and the right tax structure, fitted together from day one, in English, Spanish, Catalan or French.
Currently
I'm a Corporate Lawyer and Team Lead at Lexidy, working between Madrid and Mallorca and advising clients all over Spain, in English, Spanish, Catalan or French.

My approach
Legal engineering
